Four TRX Exercises for Young Athletes

Spring is almost here, and this month, we're getting ready for SPRING TRAINING. MLB players are in full swing getting their teams game-ready for opening day. March Madness is almost upon us, and athletes of all ages are gearing up for their spring seasons.

 

In this month's "Ask the Trainer," Carlos Teasdale from the TRX Programming Department tackles a question from a TRX Community member.

 

Stuart has three sons who play seven sports between the three of them including basketball, football, soccer, volleyball and baseball. He wants to know what TRX exercises they can do to not only prepare but excel at their sports.
