Top 10 TRX Winter Exercises

 

This TRX workout from TRX Master Trainer Hayley Hollander will help you tune up for Winter Sports season or help combat that second serving of stuffing during the Holidays. Do 10 reps of each exercise and get a total-body workout in quick!

 

  1. TRX Burpee with Roll - Mid calf length, single handle mode, standing facing away from anchor
     
  2. TRX Bob n Weave- Fully shorten, start facing away from anchor in extended plank position

     
  3. TRX Row with Reach- Fully shorten, start facing anchor with wrist to ribs

     
  4. TRX Squat with Y Fly- Mid length, stand facing anchor with arms overhead in Y Fly position

     
  5. TRX Stir the Pot - Mid calf length, toes in (can be done on forearms)

     
  6. TRX Side Lunge with Star Plank Jumps - Mid calf length, single handle mode, standing sideways to anchor suspended leg under anchor

     
  7. TRX Incline Press with Tuck - Mid calf length, single handle mode, stand under anchor, place foot in and walk your hands towards your feet
     
     
  8. TRX Hip Drop with Cross Lunge - Mid length, single handle mode, standing sideways to anchor

     
  9. TRX Standing Rollout (Single Arm) - Mid length, single handle mode, stand facing anchor at a distance you can control

     
  10. TRX Kneeling Rollout (Forearms in Foot Cradles) - Mid calf length, kneeling facing anchor at a distance that feels challenging

     
  11. BONUS: TRX Supinated/Pronated Biceps Curl with I Fly- Mid length, stand facing anchor, with one palm up and one palm down
