TRX Memorial Day Vacation Travel Workout
Memorial Day provides an excellent opportunity to get out of town for some much-needed R & R, but just because you’re on the road, doesn’t mean your training has to take a vacation, too. Kick off your summer with this TRX total-body workout that allows you to stay fit on the fly—and work up an appetite before you hit the grill. 

Perform this workout 2-3 times a week on the road, at the gym or at home to help you develop the fitness you need to get the most out of your summer. Complete each round twice before advancing to the next round.  
 
 
Round 1: 
TRX Burpee (Right Leg) - 5 Reps
TRX Hamstring Runner - 20 Reps Alternating 
TRX Burpee (Left Leg) - 5 Reps 
TRX Mountain Climber - 20 Reps Alternating
 
 
Round 2: 
TRX Squat Jump - 10 Reps 
TRX Low Row - 10 Reps 
TRX Pike - 10 Reps 
TRX Abducted Lunge - 5 Reps (Each Leg) 
 
 
Round 3: 
TRX Burpee (Right Leg) - 5 Reps
TRX Y Deltoid Fly - 10 Reps  
TRX Burpee (Left Leg) - 5 Reps 
TRX Triceps Press - 10 Reps
