One of the great things about the TRX is how versatile and easy it is to incorporate into your workout routine. We are constantly amazed at how people in our community are incorporating the TRX. 

 

 

 

Dynamic Warm up or Elliptical or bike @ 10 mins  
1A. TRX Chest presses 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
1B. TRX low rows 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
1C. KB windmills 2 x 15 reps per side @ 25lb KB
2A. TRX chest flys 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
2B. TRX 45 degree rows 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
2C. MB V-ups 2 x 20 reps using 12lb MB
3A. TRX Atomic push ups 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
3B. TRX power pulls 2 x 45 seconds per side using own BW
3C. Bosu bent elbow plank 2 x 60 seconds using own BW
4A. TRX Triceps extensions 2 x 45 seconds using own BW
4B. TRX low back extensions with "T" raises 2 x 45 seconds using own BW
4C. TRX Biceps curls 2 x 45 seconds using own BW
