Try this Rip Trainer Tabata Workout, created by fitness expert BJ Gaddour. For those of you unfamiliar with Tabata training, it’s considered an effective and fast way to lose weight and improve performance. It’s high intensity interval training… done in just four minutes!
The workout presented here combines the glute-smoking benefit of skater jumps with the ab-shredding and shoulder-sculpting benefits of the Rip Trainer. Even though the full program is just four minutes long, it will probably feel like the longest four minutes of your life. Ready to get ripped??
For all of the assigned exercises, alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for eight consecutive rounds. Land softly with triple bends in the knees, ankles and hips. Repeat each exercise on both the right and left sides.
