With the 2014 Winter X Games storming down on snowy Aspen Colorado this weekend, we wanted to show you a few exercises to maximize your pow-shredding potential. To dominate in the X Games, athletes need to fire from an arsenal of mind-bending movements that require incredible core strength and rotational power. This exercise progression helps to develop rotational power and core strength, perfect for landing the elusive Double McTwist 1260.
